In Carcassonne, the Pont-Levis Hotel gives you an appointment with the charm of an 18th century building today a 4-star hotel. First an inn and then a museum, the building was completely renovated and modernized to become a high-end hotel in 2013. In 2016 famed two-Michelin-starred Chef Franck Putelat became the owner and began to exert his influence on the facility, adding imposing Corten steel elements to the north facade of the original building, bringing a contemporary signature to the hotel entrance.
