Giro d'Italia - Lost and Found

New Tours

Our website is now updated with all of our 2010 tours!  As usual, we’re made a few changes to our itineraries to improve them, incorporating all the fun new places and walks we’ve found during our research last year.   Sicily in particular has some new walks, and a wonderful evening on a farm for our final night!

Guide Travels….

All of the Lost in Italy guides are traveling a LOT in the next couple months.   In the spring Steve is at the New York City Travel Expo with the Lost in Italy booth....pouring vino and promoting Italia!  Then he's off to Milan for the annual travel show, making new contacts and forming up plans for future tours.  Jeff will be leading adventure groups to Bonaire, Cozumel, and on a South African safari this spring, and along with Steve will take a group to the Philippines in April.  He'll also be at 3 travel industry shows this spring in Spokane, Seattle and Portland, presenting the Lost in Italy philosophy to travel agents.  Later this year Steve will be in the border area between Italy and Slovenia, working on a new Lost in Italy tour itinerary in this little known but spectacular corner of the world.  Meanwhile Jeff and Amber will be in Italy in August, leading the first "test group" for our Via Ferrata trips, scheduled to debut in 2011.  Via Ferrata are exciting trips that combine breathtaking hiking in the high trails of the Dolomites, staying in tiny mountain towns and mountain refuges, and of course lots of food and wine!

In summer we'll also have groups in Cozumel and Bonaire (again) and Holbox Island, Mexico.  November will find us leading a group to Roatan, Honduras.   In the future we have a group going on a deluxe 17 day excursion to Egypt and the Red Sea (this trip only has a few spots left) and we have a sold out group in the Galapagos Islands in 2012. Our future trips aso  include Costa Rica, Indonesia, and Belize.   If any of you are adventure-seekers or divers let us know and we’ll include you on our e-mail mailings.

We have more details on all of our exciting adventures on our other site www.GoForAdventure.com.  We’d love to see you on one of them!
Take care, and have a wonderful 2010!
